Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

• We use reliable UK couriers and Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, here’s our policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with any tags still attached.

• Returns must be agreed with us in advance. Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the original delivery charge.

Important Notes

• Sale items are final and non-returnable.

• Due to the nature of vintage items, please read all descriptions and check any measurements carefully before purchasing. Small signs of wear are to be expected and are part of the charm of vintage.
